Cancellation before shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order or item(s) that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at hello@painlessindia.com or call us on +91- (10am – 6pm).
In such cases, upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please reach out to us at hello@painlessindia.com or call us on +91- (10am – 6pm).
If you have cancelled an order that has already been handed over to the courier company, we advise you not to accept the delivery. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.
Refund Process:
For cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
For cancellation after shipment or return of products, the refund will be processed once we receive and verify the products at our warehouse.
For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account within 24-72 business hours after receiving the products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will provide a refund through painless coupons, which can be used for future purchases. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the products.
Note: If you used discount vouchers during payment and cancel your order, the vouchers will be considered used.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds:
To initiate a return or replacement request, please follow these steps within 3 days of order delivery:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (hello@painlessindia.com) and provide your order ID details along with the request and supporting images.
Step 2: We will arrange for product pickup within 2-4 business days. Replacement will be initiated only if the products are received in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Step 3: Refunds for returns are applicable only if the product is out of stock. In other cases, replacement will be provided.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Returns for replacement are accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defect within the warranty period
- Delivery of products in a damaged condition (reported within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video)
- Delivery of defective or malfunctioning products (reported within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video)
- Delivery of a product different from what was displayed on the digital platform (reported within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video)
Items Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- Product damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories, or with damaged original packaging
- Defective products not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Used or altered products
- Non-returnable products for hygiene reasons (e.g., bikini trimmer) unless there is a manufacturing defect
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, initiate a replacement request within 3 days of delivery:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (hello@painlessindia.com) and provide your order ID details along with images and an unboxing video.
Step 2: We will arrange for product pickup within 2-4 business days. Replacement will be initiated upon receiving the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note: Free gifts received with the order must be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Partial Order Return:
You can initiate a replacement request for individual items within a multiple-item order. However, all returned products must be returned in full, including components and complimentary gifts.
Personal Care Appliances Warranty:
For warranty claims, you need to provide proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover accessories supplied with the product.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Replacement products are covered by a limited warranty for the remaining period from the original purchase date.
Void Warranty:
The warranty becomes void if:
- The unit has been dropped or damaged, including water damage.
- Any part of the unit has been opened, repaired, altered, or tampered with.
- The product has been used for trade, industrial, professional, or hire purposes.
- The product has sustained damage from foreign objects, substances, or accidents.
